MasterGear est un émulateur Master System et Game Gear développé par Marat Fayzullin, déjà connu pour être l'auteur de nombreux émulateurs tels que fMSX, VGB, VGBA, iNES, ColEm, ou encore Speccy.
Il supporte également les systèmes SEGA plus anciens (SG1000, SC3000, SF7000, Mark 2) et tourne sous Windows (gratuit depuis la version 3.2), Linux et Android, entre autres... Le voici donc qui passe en version 4.9.
